All sessions, discussions, and the entire event program will be conducted in English. As an international conference, we aim to provide a platform for attendees from various countries to connect and learn from leading SEO experts.

There will be 10 talks (+1 bonus talk), each lasting 25 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for questions. Afterward, there will be a networking break. The keynote talk during the evening event will last 20 minutes.

The speakers are renowned SEO experts from Germany, Finland, Denmark, Switzerland, and England, known for their practical, hands-on presentations.

Event Details

The Nordic SEO Summit starts with registration and breakfast at 9:00 AM, and the official conference begins at 10:00 AM. The After-Show Networking Event starts at 7:00 PM in the Skybar of the Clarion Hotel and runs until midnight. A detailed schedule will be provided closer to the event.

We don’t have a strict dress code! You are welcome to come as you like, though most attendees opt for business casual, including for the evening event.

We are working hard to find a solution to record all sessions and make them available to attendees afterward. However, we cannot guarantee this yet.

Catering & After-Show Event

In the coffee lounge, coffee and tea, filtered still and sparkling water, healthy snacks, and fruits are available throughout the event.

  • The morning coffee in the coffee lounge includes two different savory options, at least one healthy vegetarian option, a sweet seasonal option, and homemade raw oatmeal. There is fresh juice and zero-waste flavored water.
  • Lunch at the Clarion Restaurant includes a seasonal three-course menu.
  • Afternoon coffee in the coffee lounge includes two different sweet options, seasonal vegetables with homemade dip, and zero-waste flavored water.

For all other ticket categories, you will be placed on a waitlist. Available spots will be allocated randomly. You will be informed via email about your spot no later than seven days before the event.

Yes, absolutely!

Each participant will receive five drink vouchers at check-in, which can be exchanged for drinks in the skybar “Sky Room.” You can choose from coffee, tea, non-alcoholic, and alcoholic beverages, such as beer and wine.

No, the After-Show Networking Event is not listed separately on the invoice.

The “Sky Room” Skybar is part of the Clarion hotel chain and is located in the same building as the conference room. This means no additional travel is necessary.

We do our best to accommodate food intolerances. During the registration process when purchasing your ticket, you will be asked about any intolerances. You can provide your specific dietary needs there so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Yes, attendees can benefit from a 15% discount at the Clarion Hotel Helsinki, the event venue. Early booking is recommended.

The venue is easily accessible by public transportation, including buses and trams. The hotel is also a short walk from the nearest train station.

Registration & Tickets

You can purchase your ticket securely through Eventilla, our Finnish registration platform. Choose between credit card payment (Securely processed via Stripe. We do not collect any credit card data!) or payment by invoice (via PDF or e-invoice) with a 60-day payment term.

Registration opens at 9:00 AM at the Clarion Hotel Helsinki, with breakfast available during registration. Signage in the hotel will direct you to the registration desk on the first floor. The conference officially begins at 10:00 AM.

Event tickets are non-refundable, as is standard for events across the EU. This policy ensures reliable planning and organization for the event. In the unlikely event of a cancellation of the Nordic SEO Summit, we will, of course, fully refund the ticket fees you have paid. Further claims are excluded.
